Neil McKeown has a strong background in business development and customer accounts. Neil started their career in 1998 as a Business Development Manager at ElectraLink, where they worked until 2013. Neil then joined C&C Group as Head of Business Development and later took on the role of Head of Customer Accounts. In 2020, Neil became the Chief Customer Officer at C&C Group Holdings Limited.

Neil McKeown completed their Bachelor's degree in Business with Computing at Ulster University from 1994 to 1997, earning a 2:1 grade. Neil later pursued an MBA at Cass Business School from 2004 to 2006. The field of study for their MBA is not provided.
