Shane Rizzo

Client Manager - Global Program at CBTS

Shane Rizzo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shane started their career as an AT&T Data Network Account Executive in 1998 before joining Cincinnati Bell in 2000 as a Network Applications Specialist. In this role, they provided technical resources to Account Teams while designing and selling network solutions for Fortune 500 accounts. In 2002, they became the Director of National Accounts at Cincinnati Bell, where they managed sales and relationships with Fortune 500 accounts, with responsibilities including revenue management and quota carrying. From 2007 to 2008, Shane served as the Sales Manager for GB Direct at Cincinnati Bell, overseeing a business sales team and focusing on customer retention, new sales, and revenue attainment. Shane then joined CBTS in 2011 as the Director of Enterprise Sales, a position they held for nearly a decade. In this role, they were responsible for complex global coordination and deployments, service-based outcomes and consulting, and developing custom IT and operational solutions. Most recently, Shane served as the Client Manager - Global Program at CBTS, where they continued to contribute to the company's success.

Shane Rizzo earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Xavier University.
