Rizwana Sayyad started working as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Solapur in June 2017 until February 2018. In November 2018, they joined Zensar Technologies as a Taleo Techno functional consultant, where they worked for 3.5 years until May 2022. Currently, they are a Taleo developer at CBTS, starting in May 2022.

Rizwana Sayyad completed their Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Matoshri Pratishthan's School of Engineering, Jijau Nagar, Khupsarwadi, Post Vishnupuri, Nanded, from 2011 to 2014. Before pursuing higher education, Rizwana attended Madina Tul-Uloom from 1997 to 2007, although the specific degree or field of study during that time is not provided.
