Jovan Shears has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications and systems analysis. They started their career in 2005 as a Telephony Support Consultant at Ontario Systems. In this role, they provided support for telephony systems. They then moved on to become a National Accounts Support Specialist on the Elite Telephony Team at Ontario Systems from July 2006 to December 2008. After that, Jovan worked at Rev-1 Companies from February 2009 to November 2015 as a Senior Systems Analyst and Contact Platform Manager. Their responsibilities included managing the contact platform and analyzing systems. Most recently, Jovan has been a Cisco VoIP Communications Engineer at CBTS starting from February 2016.
Jovan Shears attended the University of Indianapolis from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. In 2002, they also briefly studied Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Saint Francis. In 2003, they had another educational opportunity in Computer Science at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, but the degree they pursued is unspecified.
