Tom Dougherty is a seasoned Digital Content Producer with extensive experience in sports journalism and digital media. Since February 2019, Tom has been with CBS Philadelphia, crafting engaging news content for digital platforms with a focus on breaking news. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Web Producer and Philadelphia Flyers Writer for NBC Sports Philadelphia, producing in-depth articles and game recaps centered around the Philadelphia Flyers from April 2013 to February 2019. Additionally, Tom contributed to the digital editorial teams for both the Rio and Pyeongchang Olympics, developing content strategies to engage global audiences. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University and an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Delaware County Community College.
