Taron Thorpe is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in banking and analytics. Currently serving as Chief Analytics Officer, Regional President, and Market President at CB&S Bank since August 2016, Taron has held various leadership roles in notable institutions such as BancorpSouth and Synovus. Previous positions include Vice President at BancorpSouth and Market Lead Vice President at Synovus. Taron began the banking career as a Commercial Lender at Regions Bank, eventually progressing to Vice President at First American Bank. Taron holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Business from Auburn University, and has completed education at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending.
