Marcel Theebe is an experienced real estate finance professional, currently serving as the Head of Global Real Asset Forecasting at CBRE Investment Management since November 2011, having been promoted to Senior Director in April 2018. Theebe has a strong background in research analytics, managing teams and overseeing data analysis and modeling for forecasts on a global scale. In addition to this role, Theebe is an Assistant Professor in Real Estate Finance at the University of Amsterdam, where responsibilities include teaching master courses, supervising thesis students, and co-authoring a leading Dutch textbook on real estate. Previous experience includes managerial roles at ING Real Estate Investment Management and ING Real Estate, with a focus on capital market research and strategic real estate investments. Marcel Theebe holds a PhD in Real Estate Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a master's degree in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
