Barbara Carbone is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate investment, currently serving as Director of Asset Management at CBRE Investment Management since September 2021. Prior to this role, Barbara held positions at CBRE Global Investors from May 2008 to March 2021, including Senior Asset Manager and Associate, focusing on managing real estate investment funds for institutional investors. Before joining CBRE, Barbara worked as Operations Manager at Italian SGR from June 2005 to April 2008, overseeing operations for an Italian asset management firm and investment funds for qualified investors. Barbara began their career as a Property Manager in Genoa, managing both public and private properties from September 1990 to May 2005. Educational credentials include a recent specialization in ESG Analysis & Investing from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova.
