Usup Suparman is an experienced IT professional specializing in data center operations and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as the IT Data Center Operations Lead at CBRE since September 2023, Usup oversees hyperscale data center operations. Prior to this role, Usup led the IT infrastructure team at Xtremax, supporting GovTech Singapore with a focus on service delivery and strict SLA compliance. Usup has held significant positions at Hyundai AutoEver, Schlumberger, KDDI Corporation, Chevron, and Sankosha Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included managing server environments, virtual desktop infrastructure, and client infrastructure. Usup holds a degree in Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Informatic Systems from Universitas Komputer Indonesia.
