Trey Pennington, JD, IMBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate consulting. Since April 2007, Trey has served as Senior Vice President at CBRE, focusing on comprehensive real estate advice for industrial property owners and users, including portfolio optimization and corporate real estate consulting. Previously, Trey worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG, specializing in International Corporate Tax Consulting and Business Valuation services. Trey's career began as a Process Management Consultant at Copa Airlines in 2004, where efficiencies in process were identified and implemented. Trey holds an MBA in Finance and a JD in Business and Real Estate Law from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and the Joseph F. Rice School of Law, respectively, along with a BS in Business Administration from the same institution.
