Michelle Richter is a seasoned Senior Property Manager with extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving at CBRE since December 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held a similar position at Cushman & Wakefield from May 2019 to December 2023, and also worked as a Senior Property Manager at the same company from 2004 to 2006. Between these tenures, Michelle operated as a self-employed Commercial Real Estate Consultant from 2008 to 2018. Michelle began the career as a Property Manager at Arden Realty, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. Educationally, Michelle earned an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Coastline College.
