Mesmin Jesayen is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on intelligent automation and process optimization. Currently serving as IT Director at CBRE since July 2010, Jesayen drives operational excellence through automating business processes and building efficiency-enhancing robots. Previous roles at CBRE include Sr. Product Manager for the Global RPA Center of Excellence and IT Manager for global applications, where collaboration across diverse teams was key to meeting business and IT needs. Additional experience includes implementation leadership in HR modules for APAC and EMEA, HCM strategic leadership at Animato Technologies, and consultancy roles in PeopleSoft systems across various organizations. Jesayen holds an MBA in Management from Henderson State University and a B.Tech in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Madras.
