Kristi Svec Simmons, SIOR, currently serves as First Vice President at CBRE since March 2021 and has been a dedicated volunteer with National Charity League, Inc. since the same month. Prior to CBRE, Kristi was a Board Member at Mainspring Schools from April 2018 to March 2021. Kristi's extensive experience in commercial real estate includes positions as Partner at AQUILA Commercial, LLC from June 2010 to March 2021, and as Vice President at both Jones Lang LaSalle and The Staubach Company between July 2008 and June 2010 and June 1999 to July 2008, respectively. Kristi began a career in the industry with an internship at Capital Commercial Investments in 1996-1997. Kristi holds a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
