Kripa Betts currently serves as Chief Of Staff and previously held the position of Director of Acquisition & Engagement at New Stand since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kripa worked as Senior Manager of Marketing & User Growth at Gympass from November 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included developing user growth marketing campaigns and driving lifecycle growth programs for US-based clients. Between 2013 and 2018, Kripa contributed to American Express in Digital Acquisition & Marketing, focusing on business growth through digital strategy realignment and enhancement of customer experience. Additionally, Kripa managed marketing and advertising campaigns at Zillow.com from 2010 to 2013, optimizing campaign performance. Kripa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from the University of Washington and has experience studying abroad at Universitat de Barcelona.
