Enmanuel Rivas is an experienced professional in the field of property and project management, currently serving as an FTS Supervisor and previously as a Senior Field Technician at CBRE since April 2018. Rivas has supported various business lines, including Property Management, Project Management, and Advisory Services within the Greater New York City and Greater Philadelphia regions, collaborating closely with the Business Operations team on corporate office functions. Prior to CBRE, Rivas worked as a Senior Field Technician at VR Networks Inc., specializing in virtual servers and VMWARE, and gained valuable experience in broker agreement transactions during an earlier role as an FTS/Intern at CB Richard Ellis. Rivas began a professional journey as an intern at Futures and Options, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College, completed in 2014.
