Brian Munk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analytics and project management. As Director of Business Analytics at CBRE since February 2021, Brian leads a team that focuses on client transitions, data analysis, and system integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Prior to this role, Brian served as a Senior Business Analyst and Implementation Project Manager at CBRE | facilitysource, where responsibilities included conducting in-depth client data analysis and developing data migration strategies. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as Special Assets Director at New Perspective Asset Management, overseeing receiverships and providing financial and strategic analysis. Brian holds an MBA from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Ohio State University.
