Bill Shanahan has over four decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Chairman of NYC Capital Markets and holding an honorary title of Chairman at CBRE since 2002. Prior to joining CBRE, Bill Shanahan was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 1980 to 2002. Bill Shanahan earned an MBA in marketing and finance from St. John's University between 1974 and 1978.
