AJ Cordero is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales, tenant representation, and leasing. Currently serving as Vice President of the National Net Lease Group at SRS Real Estate Partners since May 2022, AJ focuses on Single/Multi-Tenant investment sales nationwide while also leading recruitment efforts for the Hawaii office. Previously, AJ was a Partner at Sequoia Realty Group, Inc., specializing in grocery-anchored shopping center leasing and national tenant representation throughout Hawaii. AJ also held the position of Vice President Of Leasing and Commercial Real Estate Agent at CCI - Commercial Consultants, Inc., where expertise encompassed retail shopping center leasing and investment sales across major Hawaiian Islands. Early career experiences included roles at The Saywitz Company in commercial real estate consulting, Wells Fargo in business development and commercial lending, and Bank of America in various banking positions. AJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Marketing from San Francisco State University.
