Mika Mustasilta is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and retail management sectors, currently serving as Shopping Centre Director at Redi, CBRE Finland since August 2024, and as a Board Member for Suomen Kauppakeskusyhdistys since May 2024. Previously, Mika held the position of Centre Manager at Citycon from May 2020 to June 2024, overseeing all operations at the flagship shopping center Iso Omena, with full responsibility for profit & loss, tenant mix, and property management.
