Philip Ode is a Program Manager at CBM Global Disability Inclusion, where employment began in December 2021, previously serving as a Programme Officer. Philip has diverse experience in community-based inclusive development and mental health from a tenure at CBM International from May 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Philip coordinated the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Programme at Methodist Church Nigeria from July 2011 to April 2019, successfully managing a public-private partnership for integrating mental health services across 23 local government areas in Benue State. Earlier roles include Senior Programme Officer and HIV Prevention Officer at Positive Development Foundation from March 2007 to June 2011, where Philip focused on HIV prevention and support for vulnerable populations. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Jos and completed the SMDP Saving Groups Design & Implementation Management program in Mombasa in 2014.
