Samuel D. Carucci, Esq. is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in claims management and advocacy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Claims Advocate at CBIZ since February 2022, Samuel previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Claims at Church Insurance Companies, where Samuel D. successfully revitalized operations for a captive insurance carrier. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of North American Claims at Allied World, where Samuel constructed essential claim infrastructure, and holding various director roles at AIG, managing high-stakes cases and overseeing complex claims processes. Early in the career, Samuel gained valuable litigation experience with notable law firms in New York. Samuel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from Fairfield University and a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.
