Matt Morelli is an accomplished legal and corporate development professional with extensive experience in business litigation and corporate governance. Since June 2007, Matt has held multiple senior positions at CBIZ, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development/M&A and Chief of Staff to the CEO, along with serving as Associate General Counsel. Prior to this role, Matt was a Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP, specializing in commercial litigation within the financial services sector, and an Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where expertise included employment discrimination and noncompetition disputes. Matt holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bowling Green State University.
