Kif Cahillane serves as the Atlanta President for CBIZ since June 2018, overseeing operations and organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Kif held the position of National Vice President at Optum from 2016 to June 2018, where leadership in new business development and deal strategies led to significant revenue growth in the Southeast marketplace. Kif also served as Vice President, Global Client Strategy & Southeast Market Leader at Buck from 2012 to 2016, focusing on expanding business across all practice lines. Earlier experience includes roles as Vice President for Executive Benefits at Marsh & McLennan Companies from 2008 to 2012 and Vice President & Managing Director at NFP from 2003 to 2008, each emphasizing new business development for Fortune 1000 executives. Kif holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Auburn University.
