Shealagh Earle-Meadows is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in various settings including trauma programs, community rehabilitation services, school-based therapy, and mental health and cognitive rehab. She has a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McGill University and has also worked as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, incorporating mindfulness into her practice.
