Rick Weber has over 30 years of work experience in the financial industry. Rick currently serves as the CEO/President of CBC Federal Credit Union since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CBC Federal Credit Union from October 2018 to March 2020. Before joining CBC Federal Credit Union, Rick was the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at the same company from May 2017 to October 2018. Rick also worked as the Senior VP of Member Service - Mountain Region at Security Service Federal Credit Union from January 2005 to March 2017. Rick's previous experience includes serving as the CEO/President of Colorado United Credit Union from October 1999 to December 2004 and as the Executive Vice President/CFO at Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union (RMLEFCU) from April 1998 to October 1999. Rick started their career as a Principal Examiner at NCUA in September 1991 before joining RMLEFCU.

Rick Weber has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management, which they obtained from the University of Northern Colorado, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In 2018, they attended The DiJulius Group - CXEA Academy and obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Service Executive (CX), specializing in Customer Service. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Colorado) from the State of Colorado - DORA in June 1998, although this certification is currently inactive.
