Hugo Olea Astete is an experienced professional in the construction and production industry, currently serving as the Plant Administrator at Grupo Cbb since November 2016, overseeing operations, production, and logistics for the MAPA project in Arauco. Previously, Hugo held the position of Operations Deputy Manager at Servicios Forestales y Comerciales S.A from March 2012 to July 2016, supporting contract managers in budget compliance and adherence to company policies. Prior to that, as Plant Manager at Empresa Constructora Inarco S.A, Hugo was responsible for the safety, quality, and operations of a precast concrete plant, and served as Deputy Manager at Tecnomix S.A, leading the production and commercialization of ready-mix concrete in the VIII Region from April 2008 to February 2011. Hugo holds a degree in Civil Metallurgical Engineering from Universidad de Concepción.
