Justyna Małota is an experienced executive assistant currently serving the CEO, CMO, and President of Field Operations at CB Insights since May 2024. Justyna is also the Founder and Owner of Isle Wilde LLC and the Co-Owner and Guest Happiness Officer at La Vue SXM, where recognition includes Airbnb's 'Super Host Status' for outstanding guest experiences. Previous roles include providing executive support at LivePerson and Amelia, an IPsoft Company, focusing on client engagement and coordination for senior leadership. Earlier experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at Lingua Nova and serving as an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant at BYRNE POH LLP. Justyna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Journalism from Hunter College and is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Warsaw in Teaching English to Young Learners.
