Kimberly Sheehy, CPA, NACD.DC, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committees for Citizens Business Bank and Evolv Technology, Kimberly has also held similar roles at CarLotz/Shift Technologies and Switch. Previous leadership positions include Chief Financial Officer at ResMan Property Management Software and StackPath, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Additionally, Kimberly served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at CyrusOne during its transition to a REIT and as Vice President of Finance at Cincinnati Bell Inc., managing over $3 billion in financing. Kimberly began their career at EY, where expertise in tax compliance and audits was developed. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
