Michael Theodorou is an experienced talent acquisition and operations professional with a robust background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a TA Partner at Cayuga Health System since July 2023, Michael oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, analyzes employee relations feedback, and aids in talent acquisition program development. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter at Medical Solutions and as Director of Operations & Recruiting at Coast Professional, Inc., where significant achievements included streamlining onboarding processes and implementing employee benefits programs that bolstered satisfaction. Additionally, Michael managed HR departments at ConServe, overseeing payroll, benefits, and recruiting, while initiating improvements in employee welfare initiatives. Michael holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
