Melissa Tourtellotte, MS, serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca since August 2022. Previously, Melissa held multiple leadership roles at Guthrie, including Senior Director of Physician Recruitment, Retention & Provider Services and Director of Marketing and Communications from January 2017 to August 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager at Bassett Healthcare Network, as well as roles at Teleperformance, QVC, Simba Information, and Big Enough Inc. Melissa earned a Master of Science in Marketing from Walden University between 2014 and 2018, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature and Studio Art from Hamilton College, completed in 1994.
