Paul Preston is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, coaching, and education. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Royal Spice Gardens Indonesia, Preston oversees the development of a major vanilla production initiative. In addition to this role, Preston is a Contract Coach for CAVU International, focusing on incident elimination and leadership development. Previous positions include Exploration Logistics and Safety Manager at Archi Mining, Consultant Coach at Maersk Training, and Lead Coach at Check-6, among others. Preston also founded President Flight School and held the position of General Manager at PT. Kawasan Industri Jababeka, Tbk. An educator at heart, Preston served as a lecturer at President University and principal at Jakarta International Montessori School. Educational credentials include an OND in Sciences and HNC in Chemistry from North Lindsey College of Technology, as well as a strong foundation in Math and Sciences from earlier educational institutions.
