Jason Cavness is the CEO/Founder of CavnessHR, a company that specializes in delivering HR services to small companies with 49 or fewer employees. Jason is also the host of The Jason Cavness Experience podcast and has experience in various HR roles in both corporate and military settings. Jason holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin, as well as an SPHR certification from HRCI.
