Astha Dighade began their work experience in 2019 with an internship at Modern Dairy Karnal, where they served as an Internship Trainee from February to June 2019. In 2022, they joined CavinKare as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the CQM department. Further details of their roles and responsibilities at CavinKare have not been provided.

Astha Dighade completed their education in the field of Dairy Technology. Astha obtained a Master's degree in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their Master's, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology from the College of Dairy Technology, Warud (Pusad), from 2015 to 2019. Astha also obtained additional certifications in Project Management from Great Learning in April 2023 and in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from MSME-TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (PPDCAGRA) in January 2023.
