Oona Rovio is a Facility Manager at Caverion since February 2022, with prior experience as a Property Manager at ISS Palvelut from October 2019 to January 2022. Oona has a diverse background including a role as an IT Specialist at LeaseGreen Group, where responsibilities included managing IT change projects and enhancing digital communication. Early career experience involved freelancing to help small businesses improve operations and technical roles at Helen, including design engineering and technical assistance in district heating and cooling. Oona has also taught Portuguese at the Adult Education Centre of South Karelia, supported municipal planning at the City of Joensuu, and participated in various educational pursuits, culminating in an ongoing MBA at Centria University of Applied Sciences. Oona holds a Master's in Systems Engineering and Management and a Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering.
