Kylie Clay is currently a Field Recruiter at CAVA, responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting for field leadership roles in the West Region since August 2023. Previously, Kylie held the position of Field Recruiter at Ulta Beauty for a brief period in 2023 and served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Shake Shack from June 2021 to April 2023, overseeing management-level recruiting in the Mid-America Region. Kylie's earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Shake Shack, where responsibilities involved recruiting support across various regions, and as a People Operations Coordinator and Recruiter at Alsana, focusing on high-volume recruiting. Kylie's initial roles included positions as a Department Assistant at Youngstown State University, MiLB Customer Service and Sales at Mahoning Valley Scrappers, and participation in the Disney College Program with The Walt Disney Company. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Employee Relations from Youngstown State University.
