Dhiya Shetty currently works in the Founders’ Office at Cautio since June 2024. Previously, Dhiya held the position of Retail Planner at Gap from September 2022 to February 2024, managing key accounts and strategizing inventory distribution based on sales forecasts. Dhiya also served as a Management Trainee at Reliance Retail, focusing on machine learning plotting for GAP India's launch and conducted market research for a new sustainable brand. Earlier experience includes roles as a Market Research Intern at Payed, where Dhiya curated lists of sustainable Indian brands, and as a Social Media Intern at MoEVing, enhancing engagement on Instagram. Other internships include a position as a Production Intern at Silver Spark Apparel Ltd. and a Buying and Merchandising Intern at Belacci. Dhiya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology with a specialization in Apparel Production from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Bengaluru, and completed higher secondary education at Birla Public School in Doha, Qatar.
