Martin Swaffield is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead currently serving at Causeway Technologies since June 2021 and previously held the same title at Accenture from June 2004 to June 2021. At Accenture, Martin led significant government service transformation programs, providing leadership across multiple scrum teams and overseeing a large Government Digital Centre's Live Services. Martin's expertise extends to managing multi-vendor resources, complex outsourcing deals, and incident processes for critical government applications, while also driving CMMI level 3 renewals. Martin's educational background includes a degree in Computer Science from Newcastle University and earlier studies at Harrogate Grammar School.
