Josh Harwood, PE, CCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commissioning and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Principal and Commissioning Department Head at Cator, Ruma & Associates since April 2019, Josh effectively manages office staff, engineers, and overall projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Prior roles include Commissioning Director at McKinstry, where responsibilities encompassed business development and refining project delivery practices, and Commissioning Manager, leading a team of over 12 professional commissioning engineers. Earlier in their career, Josh served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, overseeing multiple divisions and ensuring safe navigation and operation. Josh holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
