Heather Strockbine Noe currently works as an Assistant Property Manager at The Caton Companies since April 2022. Previously, Heather held the role of Administrative & Customer Service Manager at The Caton Companies- SCLW starting from February 2021. Heather also has experience as an Education Support Specialist II and Mathematics Tutor at Southside Virginia Community College from January 2012 to December 2019. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Human Services and General Business Management from Southside Virginia Community College.
