Chris Erwin, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Recruitment, Retention, and Compliance at The Caton Companies. Prior to this role, Chris served as the Area Business Manager on the I-4 Ultimate project at Skanska USA and as the Lead Administrator at Church on the Rock. Additionally, Chris has experience as an Operations Manager at Vinyl World Inc. Chris holds a Master's degree in Management from Regent University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the New York Institute of Technology.
