Tom Pandilidis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Tom started their career at Macy's in 1991, where they worked as an Area Sales Manager and later became a Buyer for various departments. In 2004, they joined DSW as a Senior Buyer and Merchandise Manager. Tom then worked at Calvin Klein as a Senior Buyer for Women's Accessories and Intimate Apparel. From 2009 to 2011, Tom served as a Merchandise Manager for Non-Apparel at White House/Black Market - Chicos FAS. Tom then worked at Coldwater Creek as a Divisional Vice President and DMM for Non-Apparel, Dresses, and Outerwear. Tom joined Lands' End in 2014 as a Divisional Merchandise Manager for Shoes and Accessories, and in 2017, they became the Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager at Cato Corporation, overseeing Shoes, Jewelry, Accessories, Fragrances, and Gifts.

Tom Pandilidis graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
