Petula Nash serves as the Global Technical Director for the Youth Platform at Catholic Relief Services since November 2020, leading efforts to execute the agency's youth program strategy aligned with the 2030 vision. Previously, Petula worked as a Consultant for The Global Development Incubator, focusing on the Global Opportunity Youth Network initiative. In a long tenure with the International Youth Foundation from 2005 to 2019, Petula held positions including Country Director/Chief of Party in Tanzania, where significant youth employability and entrepreneurship programs were implemented. Earlier roles at Catholic Relief Services included leadership positions across Southeast Asia and Latin America, focusing on program management and advocacy. Petula's educational background consists of a Master's Degree in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Barnard College.
