Mila Gavrilova has over two decades of experience in program quality, development, and organizational growth within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Partner Support Coordinator for Bulgaria at Catholic Relief Services since September 2003, Mila has also held various leadership roles including Deputy Regional Director Program Quality and Head of Office Bulgaria. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Caritas Bulgaria and Consultant for Program Development independently. Mila's earlier roles encompassed administrative and financial management at Catholic Relief Services Europe/Middle East and grants management with the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Mila holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the School for International Training.
