The IT and Technical Support team at Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is responsible for ensuring that all technological systems and infrastructure operate seamlessly to support the organization's mission. This includes providing technical assistance and troubleshooting, managing electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining servers and networks, and implementing cybersecurity measures. By keeping technology running smoothly, the team enables staff to effectively serve nearly 50,000 people across multiple office locations and housing sites annually.
