Kate Ray is an accomplished professional in grants and foundation relations with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of Grants and Foundation Relations at Catholic Charities Twin Cities since December 2024, Kate previously held prominent roles at YMCA of the North, including Senior Director of Grants & Foundation Relations, where Kate successfully raised $24.8 million in 2023. Earlier positions include grants management at RESOURCE, Inc. and Aeon, where significant funding milestones were achieved, as well as foundational experience at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities and Admission Possible. Kate holds a BA in Political Science from Carleton College, complemented by a French minor.
