The Finance and Accounting team at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County is responsible for managing the organization’s financial health. This includes budgeting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, auditing, and reporting to ensure transparency and compliance with financial regulations. The team, comprising the Chief Financial Officer, Accountant, Director of Finance, and Controller, oversees the allocation of funds to support various social service programs and tracks financial performance to align with the organization’s mission of alleviating poverty and promoting self-sufficiency in the community.
