Patrick D. has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Catholic Charities, PW Dunne & Associates, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. With a background in mathematics and a career in the United States Navy, Patrick has also served as the President of the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. Patrick's expertise in infrastructure protection and homeland security has been evident during their tenure as Associate Director at the Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security at George Mason School of Law.
