Michael Gaudiano is an experienced E-learning Developer at CATHEXIS since January 2020, specializing in the design and implementation of instructional materials for both classroom and web-based training. Michael has a strong background in instructional systems design, having previously worked with High Street Consulting, LLC, and as a DC Solution Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where skills in videography and client communication played key roles. With a lengthy tenure at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Michael has held various positions, including Information Security Administrator and Police Officer, managing extensive security protocols and operational budgets. Additionally, Michael founded LooKeMe Design Company, focusing on innovative design solutions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Design and Development and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Penn State University. Michael has also received specialized training from the Pennsylvania Police Academy and the Lethal Weapons Training Program.
