Ramya Nadarajan is an accomplished professional at Caterpillar Inc., serving as the Indirect Procurement Technical & Business Lead and Project Manager since October 2014, focusing on Contingent Workforce Management projects across several regions. Prior experience at Caterpillar from June 2005 to July 2013 includes roles as Country Manager for Talent Acquisition in Australia and India, where Ramya oversaw recruitment strategies with a 12-member team, and as Project/Program Manager, leading significant transformation projects such as the implementation of a Vendor Management System in India. Ramya also has experience in Lean Systems Implementation, managing large-scale projects to optimize assembly line processes and training employees in lean principles.
