Jeff Leet is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in engine performance and development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since October 2005, Jeff is the engine performance liaison at the engine assembly plant in Seguin, Texas, focusing on meeting customer requirements. In addition, Jeff supervises performance development for non-road commercial engines. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Manager of Diesel Engine Development at Southwest Research Institute, where responsibilities included promoting emission solutions for diesel engines and leading a team of engineers. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
